After watching the movie Re:Born. I found the movie not a very interesting except the scene that became viral in Instagram and Facebook. Where a guy tries to save himself while spies are trying to kill him by killing them back in a very fast manner that even the pedestrian cannot see what’s happening at the time.
The movie starts with a war scene talking about the hero of the movie who is a veteran then a heavy dark action scene before the title shows then a lady saying a quote that goes: “Heroes don’t always look like they do in history books. God sends them to us in many forms. And when the world is in chaos, a hero appears to set things right. Perhaps because the world falls apart in the hand of man. When the world changes, blood is always shed and people always die. All we can do in this world is to fall on our knees and pray. But if you listen carefully , you’ll hear a hero inspiring you. Live. Rage. Raise your voice, and revive the world. this hero inspires me to struggle on in a world I cannot escape. ”.
This quote is said while a girl is shown with strange attitude and being mocked by her friends.
Though the movie is more like the spy-action Hollywood movie where the main character is so skilled that cannot be beaten up and have a same story that a veteran goes rogue to put a group of gangsters to justice, but still I consider it a good action movie. I give it a rating of 6.
The movie again ends while the same woman says another quote. The quote goes: “There is only so much we can do in this world. It doesn’t matter how great you think you are. When we lose our footing, we can only think of ourselves. And that makes the world a colder and sadder place. But in our darkest hours we need imagination to look towards a brighter future, and pray God sends us someone who can turn the tide. Someone to light a fire in our hearts, then disappear, inspiring us to change the world ourselves. And now I stand on the edge of the world, relying on the beacon that will guide me to a better future. One that I will see through with my own eyes. ”
The entire movie wants to (like many similar movies) to show that doing the right thing is always the best choice in life and is the true north for ones life as guidance. And if a person never fails to believe that doing right is the best thing to do in life then he/she gives true meaning to his/her own life.
Maybe this lesson should be repeated to us as humans to remember in our daily lives, the least thing we can do that drives us in the path of good life is to keep in mind being righteous is salvation to any person either one has set a goal to achieve in life or has no goal at all. Even for a person who doesn’t know his/her purpose in life this can be considered a good direction to follow.
As I always tell “If you can leave a good mark in your life in this world , the least thing you can do is do no harm at all!”
