One thing of being abroad is to try their a worth watching movie in their movie houses. This helps me to see the new advancement in theaters and movie houses when it comes to technology.

This time we were invited by our friends for this movie in VIP cinemas of Park Royal Vancouver Mall. Aside from the good sound system and ambiance and though the cinema was much warm (unlike many other cinemas in different countries), the ability to order food and drink and have the chair reclined with also including a button that makes the seat warm was the options that I liked. How sad the cinema was much warm that I didn’t need to use the warmer button at all.

Though I’ve read the movie is not as good as expected but I considered it better than what the reviews said. Actually the movie had good humor punches which usually lack in DC Movies, making it even better. Specially where it refers to Marvel Universe, like where Aquaman told his brother that they look like Thor and Loki!.

The movie portraits the importance of our concern regarding Global Warming and how this might effect the lives of mankind in future. Aquaman says it beautifully when said: “I don’t know what lies ahead. But we can’t leave our children in a world without hope.” The importance of creating a safer and better world for the next generation has been shown with a good story and better yet is the way this story binds such a goal with welfare of mother Earth.

But the quote that caught my attention was this: “True king builds bridges!”

Though the quote reminded me of similar saying in Black Panther movie (another cross reference to Marvel Universe!) but sticking to this movie, it makes a beautiful points to all of us.

We, based on our position and title may have the power to make our point using force and dictating or commanding our demands to others. As simple as a father who forcibly makes his children what he wants despite considering their emotional desires. It makes sense to accept that true strong person who is in position doesn’t get what he/she wants by force, but by creating appropriate and strong connections. Unlike a king who may have an army to make is opponents listen to him, a stronger king is the one who wins by building connections and touching people’s hearts.

Maybe us too can learn from this and instead of forcing ourselves and desires to get to what we want by hurting others emotionally, physically or psychologically, we can get what we want by creating relationship that can benefit booth sides. And as a true king builds bridges, we make connections.
